This cafe table is made from a piece of spalted ash harvested off our farm. This tree had been killed by the emerald ash borer. Spalting is the discoloration of the wood caused by fungi attacking the dead tree. If harvested at the right time the uniqueness of the color changes is seen and the strength of the wood is still good. Features metal hair pin table legs.
Dimensions – 15 inches wide (narrowing at one end) x 59 inches long x 29 1/2 inches high. Ash board is about 1 inch thick.
